The building site sits along one of the highest ridges in Bellevue, where views to the east and north offer unparalleled sunrises over the Cascade mountains. 

The residence, so-called, was one of two homes built simultaneously next to each other by the same builder. Additionally, the exteriors were designed to appear stylistically different. 

The home design is Northwest Contemporary, with all primary social spaces and the master suite occupying the main entry level, while additional bedrooms, baths and a recreation room are built downstairs; all with equally dramatic views of the valley and mountains beyond.
