This professional-medical office building was envisioned as one half of a gateway at the start of Island Crest Way, while exiting the Interstate 90 freeway.  The site sits across the street from Mercer Island’s charming, town center square, with its boutique shops and restaurants.   

Addressing the narrow site’s constraints, the floor plan is a simple north-south axis hallway, with offices on each floor located to either side.  Commercial amenities, such as covered parking, social lounge/coffee bar, rooftop terrace, and a grand staircase within a clock tower, are integral to the original design.
