This creek front 7 acre parcel slopes gently to the south, allowing for maximum solar exposure.  The area is rural in nature, with many adjoining parcels used as working farms, and/or horse ranches. 

The project is a passive solar design, which promotes the view towards the creek, across a stamped concrete terrace and garden area.  The pergola covered entry is tucked away behind the home, where a waterfall and pond where constructed into the hillside to welcome visitors.
