Marsh Bay Residence

Kirkland, Washington

2003-2004

The project was conceived as part of a planned community, where English Tudor Revival was a design prerequisite. The site comprises roughly a dozen pre-existing homes, all built around an early 20thC Tudor manor house, located across the boulevard from the shores of Lake Washington.

Partnering with another prominent builder, our office was responsible for updating several of the building’s features; notably the grand entry and staircase, master suite/bathroom, media/family rooms, and rear terrace/patios. The result is a unique and welcoming residence, with old world charm, located just a few minutes walk from Kirkland’s vibrant commercial district.
