Designed for an international businessman, and his family, the home was built on a small waterfront lot along Lake Washington, in downtown Kirkland.  

The interior spaces flow freely and orient towards the lake and Seattle skyline.  Additionally, unique design features, such as a subterranean home theater, sculpture and artwork were introduced, and reflect upon the owner’s career in the seafood industry. 

The garden terrace, rock pool spa and boat dock along the waterfront, are designed as outdoor rooms for entertaining guests.
