The site for this mountain view project was chosen for its dramatic view of Snoqualmie Valley, the Cascades and Mt Si, which is located 30 miles east of Seattle.  

The former logging town has now become a prosperous bedroom community, and desirable location for many nearby tech workers, within easy commute distance of Microsoft, Costco and Amazon. 

The home was conceived as a tower, elevating on 3 levels to maximize light, and the 360 degree views beyond.  Natural, local materials, such as concrete, cedar, fir and slate were used throughout the home, and add sustainability to the structure’s lifespan.
